Abstract

The End-stage renal disease (ESRD) becomes a common disease in last decades belong to different factors included genetic and environment, The Management and Diagnosis of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) that is a one of ESRD is very important in Iraq, the current Review focusing on the CKD management, kidney transplantation, etiology, diagnosis and treatment, The reported outcome measures used as a guide treatment by elucidating domains for depended or neglected by managing team of health care, from these objectives can be concluded that the kidney transplantation is the best therapy in the renal failure patients with immunosuppression drugs in specific manner. Different factors effect in the kidney transplantation cases, it's also improved life quality, reduction in mortality rate.
