Abstract

Using Cloud Point Extraction (CPE) technology to separate, enrich and extract hydroxychloroquine sulfate (HCQ) in the form of an ionic bonding complex, and the complexing agent Anthra chiono sulfonsaure-2-Natriumsalz was used in this compound UV-VIS wavelength spectrum to confirm its structural formula on its greatest wave 411nm Optimum conditions for extraction and spectroscopic determination of HCQ were found: HCQ concentration and reagent (100 µg.ml-1) (1 10-3M) respectively, Triton-114 V/V (10%) . and heating (30min), centrifugal speed of 4000 r/min, the linear concentrations range that obeyed Beer's is (2-18 μg.ml-1) and value correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9978, limit of detection LOD (0.0461μg ∙ ml-1), limit of quantification LOQ (0.1397μg ∙ ml-1), and mole ratio were studied in order to optimize the reaction conditions. The mole ratio for the composition of product is (1:1). molar absorption coefficient (1386.44 l mol-1. cm), Sandel sensitivity (0.0197 µg.cm 2),
