Synthesis of (E)-2-(4 Methoxyphenol) Diazenyl)-4, 5-Diphenyl-1himidazole (Mpdadpi) for Ni (Ii) Determination that Separated off-Line Using Monolithic Column

Abstract

The prepared column was used to determine Ni (II) using a new Ligand (MPDADPI) imidazole that was prepared and characterized using I.R, UV-Vis, CHN, 1HNMR techniques.The absorbance of the formed complex was 518 nm. Various parameters that can be affectedon the signal response have been optimized to enhancethe sensitivity. It was found that the optimum conditions were pH 8, the concentration of the ligend 5×10 -5mol/L. The calibration cure was linear in the range of (0.03-2µg/mL). The LOD and LOQ were0.001 µg/mL 0.002 µg/mL respectively. The proposed method was used to determine microamounts of nickel directly (II). by using ter polymer monolithic column as a Cation – Exchange of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) , Acrylic acid (A. acid) and acryl amid (A. amid) as monolith (GMA-co-ACA co-AAM) with satisfactory results.
