Abstract

Hospital Occupational Health and Safety Program (K3RS) based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia or the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 66 of 2016 concerning Hospital Occupational Health and Safety, must be held considering that the hospital is an institution that has a high dangerous risk. While the concept of legal benefit as part of the purpose of the law teaches that a legal product is correct if it can provide happiness and benefit for the majority of community members. RI Minister of Health Regulation No. 66 of 2016 concerning Hospital Occupational Safety and Health has taken sides for the interests of the majority of community members including workers in hospitals, such as Health Nurses.
